Your quantum healing began with grounding support towards your Nervous System, Emotional energy field, and spinal cord. Various energetics were cleared, harmonized and balanced , creating a lot more room for yourselves in your energy field as stagnant, low vitality, or unsupportive energetics you were ready to release left your spaces. The main focus of this initial portion of our first hour was to reduce rigidity, stagnancy and support fluidity - dynamic change is the name of the game this Fire Horse Year!
