Damages and Shipping Issues
Please contact USPS with the tracking code provided to file a lost or stolen item claim if you do not receive your package. Your Vitality Elevated Shop is not responsible for delivery issues or incorrect address information.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@yourvitalityelevated.com if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Thank you!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the sensitive nature of Vital Qi Elixirs, 24k Botanical Oils and HoneyPaw Love Herbal Wellness Products, all sales final and we do not accept returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or services rendered.

I'm sending a gift. Can I leave a gift note?
Yes! You can write your gift note in the Special Notes section of your Cart.
I did not receive my discount code email.
Please check your spam folder, as it may have ended up in there. It also can take a couple of days for the email to get to you.
Why isnβt my discount code working?
Discount codes are limited to one per order and can only be applied to one-time purchase items, not subscriptions. Additionally, some other exclusions may apply.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. All order cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee.
How do I report an issue with my order?
Email us at info@yourvitalityelevated.com with your issue and photo evidence if applicable. Any order issues must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery or the latest tracking update.
How can I edit or cancel my product delivery subscription?
You can edit or cancel your product subscriptions in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link you receive in each subscription email OR by logging into your account. If you don't have an account, email us and we'll help you out: info@yourvitalityelevated.com
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for US domestic orders over $75.* During promotions, free shipping is not included unless advertised as such.
*Order subtotal must be above $75 after any discount codes are applied.
Are Vitality Elevated products vegan and gluten-free?
To our knowledge, yes. We only use 100% botanically derived ingredients, grape spirits and honey liquors. All wellness products handcrafted, bottled, and packaged in gluten free facility.
