The frequency & length of our work together is unique to you and what is most effective in supporting your vitality and wellness journey. Clients should expect to invest in 3-6 sessions towards transforming stronger or longer patterns within themselves or their lives. Best we begin with a Vitality Bioalchemy Session to gain insights of some of the dynamic influences within your experiences.

Sessions are very detailed and engage with the core factors of one topic/area of interest per session. Please consider Multi-Day Intensives/Retreats or custom biweekly monthly support if you’d like transformational assistance with multiple areas of your life or more comprehensive care.

Many report experiencing transformational shifts shortly after our time together when the frequency & length of energetic support is aligned with their goals.

You do not need to tune in or set aside time in your day as you receive your remote energy transmission.

1 Hr ATTUNEMENT SESSIONS
- You do not need to do anything different from living your beautiful day to day life to receive the quantum energy transmission.

3 Hr SOUL CONNECTION SESSIONS
- Allow yourself the opportunity to be present and uninterrupted during our pre + post session phone call. Please refrain from alcohol and recreational alterants for 1-2 days prior to your session.
-Sessions are generally guided by your intentions and goals, which we can fine-tune as you share a bit about what you are experiencing and the clarity, guidance, or support you are seeking.

- Take responsibility for any aspects of you or your life choices.
- Share any information about you or our experience together with anyone.
- Offer medical advice, or make medical or non-medical diagnosis.
- Engage with or clear “curses”, “black magic” or ritualistic negative energies.
- Make promises or offer quick-fix cures.
- Talk therapy, spiritual teaching, or accountability coaching… please move on if seeking those qualities:)

Vitality Bioalchemy sessions transform and harmonize the energetic source of influences and limitations, which can have a profound effect, especially when working with physical, spiritual or mental/emotional patterns that are more pronounced or have been with you for some time.

Some may go through a “detox” experience, or have a profound shift where additional integrative support may be of benefit. Please do consider aftercare and reach out if I can provide support after your energy healing session.
