INTERNAL: Most choose to place a few drops to a dropperful of Vital Qi Elixirs directly into their mouth or add to a small amount of water to drink immediately or sip on throughout the day.
EXTERNAL: Quantum Rosewater can be sprayed directly on or near face and body, or your environment. Elixirs and Rosewater Sprays can also be added to bath water or a bowl of water for face and body washing. These methods work very well and are recommended for infants, small children, elders, those with alcohol sensitivity, or during daily self-care rituals.

ELIXIR INGREDIENTS
Vital Qi Elixirs are quantum energy healing water. Quantum energetic information + vitality is embedded by a traditional healer into Oregon Spring Water or pure distilled water. Honey liquor and a dash of grape spirits are then added as preserving agents to keep the waters from losing their vitality over time. Rosewater Sprays are pure rose hydrosol distilled from fresh petals, and do not contain alcohol as a preserving agent.
