Quantum Self-Care Sanctuary: Peace, Prosperity, Abundance & Ease

Welcome to and thank you again for participating in this month's quantum healing event. Your Vitality Elevated monthly healings are an experience of co-creating and receiving the most supportive energetic healing qualities as determined by your individual and the groups' collective energy fields, intelligence, and natural  capacity for transformation aligned to this moment and season of your lives. As I like to say, the quantum healings aren't happening to you, but an active self-healing experience within a landscape that is very familiar and most natural to you!

This month's healing was very much a Self-Care Sanctuary, focusing on supporting physical, mental, emotional and energetic embodiment of your vitality in the highest. You received quantum healing support within the span of 2 sessions - a 90 min. morning sunrise session 5-6:30am pst, and a 45 min evening sunset session. The main quality of energetic support participants co-created and received this month include:

The energetics nature within this Lunar Snake Year supports foundational shifts to personal habits and lifestyle pattern created over the last 13 yrs. Time for a new cycle of patterns and choices greater aligned in supporting us towards what's to come... an attunement to our future, not our past. This Snake Year Summer season vitality can also carry within it volatility, so if your feeling emotionally, mentally frenetic or physically frazzled within the dazzle of peak Yang Summer Sun, self care and nourishment of your inner landscape and the softer side of the sun season is recommended.

Quantum Energy Healing Summary- chronological order

VITALITY ATTUNEMENT - helps harmonize unsupportive or stagnant energetics, balance your inner and outer energy field, and naturally raise the quality and quantity of your vital life force, or qi.

External Energetic Influences Clearing & Harmonization. Sourced from environment/location specific, individual interactions or group dynamics (personal, professional, societal, also ancestral and karmic layers activated within these engagements).

For most participants, this is mostly helped to balance their mental body, thought patterns and  harmonize any external, non-native consciousness information or agenda that has been influencing their own information and thoughts. See and sense greater physical relaxation in body and muscular tissues as participants release constriction and rigidity towards more relaxed and balanced  bioenergy field. Individual energy fields begin to expand and increase in vitality as external energetics released.

As your biofields expand and increase their vitality, lymphatic channels in head/brain, neck, going in clavicle bones and underarm pit lymphatic centers activate... detoxification self-healing response towards increased health.  Also shown strong release of external influences and constrictions t in many participants GI tracts - specifically mucous membranes of small + large intestine, also effecting Ph/acid balancing within stomach digestion and saliva production (sensitive this Summer Solstice Season.)  

Heart Vitality Clearing and Attunement - I assist in clearing external influences and unsupportive dynamics from your heart spaces... your energy fields greatly expand and increase in vitality. Peace begins to permeate your personal energy fields and the Quantum Healing energy field as you attune to self, grounded/centered in your personal power and relax away from external influence. 

Boundary and Protections Support - Shown that the intelligence within your personal biofield membranes (at body, and also several feet out in 360 degree around you, as well as concentric layers at different individual intervals extending out into environment and beyond) all recalibrating and assimilating healthy vitality less constrained by external information or energetics. Like being woken out a slumber or foggy state for some of you boundary membrane vitality. Active, relaxed, fluid, and alert - attuned to highest vitality, prosperity, ease and peace. 

Throat Energy Center Activation - Shown physical and energetic structure of throat (specifically cartilage and vocal cords) begin activating, clearing themselves, and recalibrating to higher vitality. Strong concentrated quality to this healing layer. 

Eye Vitality Neurobiology - As all the previous healing layers continue, eye energy activation begins - clearing of past visual neuro-sensory layers (effecting neuro-biology, chemical signaling, neuro-synapses, thoughts, emotions, and physical biology - specifically chemical signal interactions like hormones, digestion, nutrient assimilation, vitamin synthesis, etc.)

 

VITALITY BIOALCHEMY - Now attuned to your highest vitality, we deep dive into the many layers of your quantum energy field to identify and harmonize limiting influences, or expand into an even greater experience of your unique vitality and life force.

LAYER 1 - Trauma Release

Assisted in harmonizing trauma/violence layers held in personal memory, ancestral or karmic layers. Personal attacks, tribal/clan warfare, violence, female violation, imprisonment, enslavement, etc. Plenty of these experiences holding these qualities within all our lineages and ancestral experiences, but usually not active or strong influences if not triggered. Not currently significantly active for most participants, but an influence you all chose as 1st priority towards creating greater harmony and alignment with the abundance and ease available to us this Summer Solstice Season. Significant release of energetics in continual waves for most participants - most palpable and immediate shift within your healing so far!

LAYER 2 - Nervous System Attunement

Towards peaceful states within strife, nervous system layers calibrated to your personal energy field, not environmental or society (local + regional + planetary.) Specifically shown this Nervous System Attunement brings significant circulatory support and physical healing to one participant - supporting their blood chemistry begin to rebalance itself. 

LAYER 3  - Health, Abundance, Peace, Prosperity Attunement 

Energetic recalibration towards these qualities actively carried within the primary influences of your vitality in everyday choices and possibilities. (see Beyond the Matrix Elixir qualities) Supportive in aligning you to your personal power, actively choosing most vital experience in every moment, therefore creating your highest vitality experience and expression of your grace. Not easy, but a habit, pattern, and practice in awareness beyond automatic-pilot mode within your morning, noon, and night - mind, emotions, and actions. This healing layer had a strong nourishing quality to your energy systems and biofield. 

LAYER 4 - Sleep/Dream Energetic Boundary Support

Strongly sensed self-authority and self-care within the groups intention of creating this very thorough healing for yourselves. Especially towards increasing all body and energetic repair/self-healing processes that take place during sleep. This quantum healing extended way beyond your biofield and personal environment, out into layers of consciousness and dream reality energetic fields. 

*There was a short but strong  detox experience shown within the energy field as you received this healing  - significant brain stem/lymphatic channel release. If tired this weekend, or experience neck aches, support yourselves with rest, food, lymphatic health protocols such as walking, rebounding, dry brushing, lymphatic self massage or the use of lymphatic herbal support. 

** There may also be vivid or potent dreams during this detox and post-healing integration time if there was significant stagnation or interference in your dream/sleep boundary space. Not to worry or take seriously... body, brain, and sleep consciousness is taking out the garbage. 

LAYER 5 - Peace, Abundance, and Wellness Attunement Round 2 - Nourishing Yin

This healing layer and round of attunement concentrated on nourishing and supporting the internal Yin vitality force within you, and within this strong external Yang dominant season. An energetic reminder and recalibration you created for yourselves - Blessings (peace, abundance, wellness, etc.) are not created by force or great effort (even though it may be required!) but from an internal state of alignment to the moment, timing, and your unique intuition, knowingness guiding your direction... the appropriate actions for you to align to, co-create and receive prosperity and abundance in the seasons to come. May it be so!

 

EVENING SUNSET HEALING - RELEASE, INTEGRATION, PERSONAL SUPPORT

From the onset, there were continual waves of significant energy releases from your individual biofields and the group's energy field. This evening's healing experience provided the space and time for you to release, recalibrate, and integrate your spaces after the bounty of energetic support received this morning.  The releases assist with reducing the detoxification potential that came up a few time, and this integration support will help support the healing qualities be more present/embodied within your lives. 

As participants continued their self-healing sanctuary releases and integrations, I energetically checked in with individual participants towards further support. Personal support experiences/communications shared privately via email.
