Shining Bright: Self-Permission and Self-Healing
December's personalized Quantum Energy Healing was a multi-layered experience focusing on addressing fear, self-permission, self-healing, and opening perspective towards greater contented joy, "happiness," feelings of safety & security, expanded heart mind connection, and more.
Fear of Self, your power, grace, and gifts was shown to be the root fear held within many experiences of fear, and self-permission is the strongest limiting influence and a very important quality to cultivate at this time.
Self-Healing was the prominent theme and main focus of support during the second half of your quantum healing... shown to be the primary pathway towards receiving the medicine, or blessings, held within the "hardships" or disharmonious experiences of life that often hold a gift within the stretch, stress, friction, or exfoliation.
Of course there was much more support, including eye/optical nerves & neural pathways energy clearing and a mind/thoughts/brain attunement. As always, the healing layers within our healing event are co-created by the depth of wisdom within participants and the current experiences of your lives... you choose and organically create the most beneficial energetic support aligned to this unique moment of your lives.
For those you who enjoy word medicine or mantras, you may like create/speak/sing a short sentence along the lines of "I welcome and support my wellness, I welcome and allow myself to create changes, I actively choose to cultivate my greatest vitality," etc.
Participants individually released a large amount of energy and a detox potential was shown as layers within your body/mind/emotions and energy system relax... energetic releases and relaxation increase the body's innate immune + detox responses, which may or may not bring to the surface a cold, flu, increased need for rest, etc as your body/brain clears low vitality stagnancy/debris and increases it's vitality.
