After payment, new clients will receive an email to schedule a 15min Phone Consultation. International Clients will be offered time zone compatible phone consultation appts.

A current photo of your pet or animal is required. Please be ready to email or text photo during our phone consultation.

Animal healing sessions usually take place within 1-5 days of our phone consult. Afterwards, you will be provided a private link to a session summary page with written communications or an audio session summary.

If you have any questions or comments after receiving the session summary, please email or text within 24hrs.
